Exchange, Return and Refund
Three’s offers a simple and hassle-free exchange and return process to ensure your satisfaction. After receiving your product, if you notice any mismatch in size, color, or quality compared to your expectations, you may request an exchange or return.
We strongly recommend checking the product in the presence of our delivery agent. If the item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect in size or color, you may return it immediately to the delivery agent without hesitation. Otherwise, you can submit an exchange or return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Exchange & Return:
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered, along with the original packaging.
Items must be returned with original tags and supporting documents. If any documents are missing, you may still place a claim by providing the phone number used during purchase.
Exchanged products must be of the same or higher value. No cash refund will be issued in case of an exchange.
Replacement items will be dispatched only after the returned product has been received and inspected by us.
Delivery charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer. However, if the issue is due to our mistake, return and exchange delivery will be completely free.
Each product is eligible for one exchange only.
Exchange and refund policies do not apply to discounted or promotional items.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned product has been received by us.
