The quality of customized sneakers depends on several factors, including upper material quality, construction, outsole durability, craftsmanship, and overall finishing. Three’s carefully evaluates all of these aspects when determining product prices. We also factor in the cost of goods sold (COGS) and shipping expenses to arrive at the final price.

We maintain fairness and integrity throughout our pricing process and understand the value of your investment. Our pricing accurately reflects the quality and craftsmanship of our sneakers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a product’s price, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Please note that delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be added separately during checkout.

Product prices may change from time to time based on factors such as COGS, shipping costs, and quality variations. Three’s reserves the right to modify product prices at its discretion.

About Ordering

Customers can place orders directly through our website or via the official social media links provided on the website.

Orders can only be placed for items currently available in stock, and delivery is subject to stock availability.

If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, you may do so when our representative contacts you by phone to reconfirm your order and delivery details. Once the order is reconfirmed, it cannot be canceled unless our delivery agent reaches your location with the product.

Alternatively, you may cancel your order by contacting us directly by phone before 4:00 PM on the same day.

Please note that Three’s does not accept pre-orders for any products.

Three’s reserves the right to cancel any order if deemed necessary.

About Delivery

Three’s strives to provide the fastest possible delivery to its valued customers. Orders are generally delivered within 72 hours or less after confirmation.

Delivery charges vary based on location:

• Dhaka City: BDT 100

• Outside Dhaka: BDT 150

• International Delivery: Charges apply as per international courier rates

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made directly to the delivery agent after receiving the product. We recommend opening and checking the product in front of the delivery agent. If the product or size does not match your order, you may return it immediately to the agent. In such cases, no delivery charge will be applied.

Each order can be shipped to only one delivery address. If you require delivery to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Orders may be delayed or canceled due to incorrect or incomplete details.

Delivery may also be delayed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, including size unavailability, courier service issues, political unrest, or adverse weather conditions. Three’s reserves all rights regarding order and delivery cancellations.
